Join us on Sunday, 21st December at 11 am for our Christingle service, where together we’ll build Christingles and celebrate Jesus as the light of the world. After the service, everyone is warmly invited to stay for tea and coffee, a chance to share fellowship and festive cheer.
Safeguarding Sunday is a national Sunday when churches think about their response to issues of safeguarding as part of their discipleship to Christ. The 11 am Service at TGS on 16th November will be when we join in with this excellent practice and are reminded of our responsibilities to live well the gospel we preach. On Sunday 9th November at 11am, we will gather at The Good Shepherd to mark Remembrance Day. Together, we will pause in silence to remember those who gave their lives in times of war and conflict, and to pray for peace in our world today.
This service is a time for reflection and community. We will share in worship, remember those who served, and stand alongside one another in hope for a future shaped by peace and reconciliation.All are warmly invited to join us for this important occasion as we remember, together, with reverence and love.
Join us at 11am on Sunday, 26th October to celebrate Harvest. We are having a food collection for our local Foodbank, so if you are able, please bring donations to church either on or before the 26th of October. After the service, stay and join us for a simple lunch together. All are welcome.
Each Thursday morning, we gather at The Good Shepherd for a short and meaningful communion service. It’s a gentle way to pause in the middle of the week, to share in prayer, reflection, and the presence of God together.
